Payment can be fully upfront, after sketch or 50/50. However, I do accept refunds.I price according on:
-Number of characters
-Backgrounds
-Assets
-General complexitiest
-Number of revisions
-Rush order
-Licensing (monetized/merchandising) for content creators/businessesREVISIONS
Small revisions are fine and cost no fee. No revisions when the rendering process has started. I will frequently update you on my progress and you can always ask if you would like to see something. I do not do larger revisions for free and this will require an additional cost if wanted (larger revisions: changing whole poses, outfits, basically redoing an entire part of the process.) However, please do not feel shy to tell me when you want something changed, it is the illustration you want and I want to give you the absolute best.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I usually finish artwork in about a week or two depending on the commission type due to my schedule in my IRL life; exact timing depends on complexity. If you need the artwork done by a certain date let me know. Depending on how soon, rush fees may apply. The final image will be sent in PNG format.USE
I offer artwork for both personal and monetized/commercial merchandising purposes. Personal is for those who for example want a profile picture, keychain, poster, etc. Monetized is for those who wish to use the artwork for branding purposes therefore may receive audience and/or monetary support relating to the artwork (ex: Twitch emotes, YouTube banner). Commercial merchandising is for those who wish to use the artwork for selling physical/digital goods (ex: T-shirts, video game assets).For exact commercial prices depending on your situation, message me first and we can discuss pricing.If you are going to post/use my artwork on your social media page, website, server, etc and especially you have a sizable following on those please show me it beforehand so I can screen it. Understand that I do not want my name and/or artwork associated with certain controversial topics.DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR MONETIZED CONTENT AND/OR COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION + PAYING A LICENSING FEE IF NEEDED.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The rights to the artwork and artwork alone belong to me the artist (@cocofroyo). By default, I have the right to post my artwork to my socials and/or use it for future portfolios unless otherwise discussed.DO NOT CLAIM MY ARTWORK AS YOUR OWN. DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK TO IMPERSONATE ME. DO NOT ALTER MY ARTWORK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. DO NOT POST MY ARTWORK WITHOUT CREDITING ME AS THE ARTIST. DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR AI OR NFT PURPOSES.REFUNDS
I offer refunds when absolutely necessary. For example, if something happens IRL and I under no circumstance can continue your commission. Also if there have been several revisions, 10 for example, then I will send your money back.COMMUNICATION
