By purchasing a commission or asking for a request from me, you automatically agree to my terms and conditions as the artist.As the artist, I also have the right to decline a commission or request.

Disclaimer:
I experiment with different styles and techniques, so please keep that in mind.

Legal License and Permissions:As the artist, I claim all rights towards any and all art I create, including commissions. Do not under any circumstance resell or trade my art as your own, be that physicall, digital or NFT.Unless exclusive rights are purchased, you must adhere by these terms.

Things I will NOT draw:

• Gore
• Mecha
• Bugs
• Hateful or Un-consensual situations

Things I will draw:

• Chibi
• SFW/NSFW
• 2D Illustrations
• Furry/Anthro
•Humanoid

Refunds:
I do not accept refunds

Artist Rights:
I retain the right as the artist, to post the watermarked commission to my socials for portfolio purposes, unless asked not to.Client Rights:
You obtain personal rights to this commission, however do not claim you are the artist of said piece under any circumstance.

Commission Process1. Application
You can email me at [email protected] or message me on Discord @cocofroyo if you would like to purchase a commission.I will send you a commission form you can fill out of how you want your commission done. Then, I will review your submission and you will get a response in at least 24 hours.2. Payment
Payment method preferred is PayPal or KoFi.
I accept both EUR and USD.
50/50 payment is required beforehand.
Depending on how much your commission is, we can set up a payment plan.3. Turn Around Time
Average wait time for a fully finished commission is 1 week minimum. Throughout the drawing process, I will send you WIPs of your commission.4. Delivery
The finished commission can be sent via Google Drive or sent via preferred chat platform.5. Revisions
Please don't be afraid to tell me if you would like anything changed during the WIP process. I only accept provide 1 free revision.
