Here you'll find my Terms of Service for my commissions♡When you purchase a commission from me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
i. I do not accept refunds UNLESS I cannot complete your commission for whatever reason.ii. As the artist, I have the right to refuse a commission request if I feel uncomfortable creating said request.iii. As the artist, I have full rights to an art piece that I create for a client. If you wish to purchase full rights you must pay a commercial fee. (+75%)iv. I will post a fully watermarked version of your commission to my portfolio, unless a fee is paid not to. ($10)v. I offer 1 free revision and will send WIP screenshots to you so you are up to date on the process.vi. Pricing and turn around time is subject to change depending on demand.vii. I accept payment after sketch, 50/50 or full payment upfront but I will not continue a commission after sketch unless some form of payment is made.viii. DO NOT repost or resell my art without my permission.(I have made this TOS from my own experiences as well as taken advice from other artists for both my safety and safety of the client. If you feel my TOS is unfit or unreasonable, please let me know.)Thank you for taking the time to read this :D
